ProGroup has LPA network access between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM Monday thru Thursday and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday. Orders made outside these hours and due the next morning need to take these additional steps:

• Complete an eWorkOrder and type NEWFORMA in the “Specify File Path” field of the “Add Item” window.
• Add ProGroup to the project’s Newforma Project Team activity center.
• Transfer files to be printed to ProGroup from the Newforma Info Exchange activity center.
